Hatha

Our Hatha classes are traditional yoga classes. Each class begins with awareness and breath, transitions to movement and ends with savasana. This class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and postures. The movements center on control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels. You will learn to move with integrity, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. All levels are welcome.
