Online Hatha

Because we keep our classes small and provide personalized service, we require you to sign up at least one hour in advance online. Our Hatha classes are traditional yoga classes. Each class begins with awareness and breath, transitions to movement and ends with savasana. This class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and postures. The movements center on control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels. You will learn to move with integrity, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. All levels are welcome.
